Position: Growth Hacker Location

Location: Mumbai- Marol

Shift: On-site -6 Days working.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Brainstorm, test, and implement innovative growth hacks across all sales channels (D2C, e-commerce, retail, and quick commerce). Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.

2. Customer Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and referral rates . Implement A/B tests and experiment with user experiences to increase conversions.

3. Data Analysis and Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and CRM software to monitor key performance metrics. Identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities based on customer data and behavior.

4. Sales Channel Experimentation: Execute campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto to test new growth channels. Launch pilot projects for untapped sales markets or demographics. Work with coupon websites, and affiliates to get business.

5. Digital Growth Campaigns: Run cost-effective ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms to maximize ROAS. Partner with influencers and affiliate networks for creative brand promotions.

6. Collaborative Ideation and Execution: Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft campaigns with viral potential.

7. Scaling Innovative Ideas: Identify non-traditional sales channels and explore partnerships or initiatives for rapid scaling. Launch and manage referral and loyalty programs to boost customer retention and advocacy.

8. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on growth metrics, campaign performance, and key learnings. Propose actionable recommendations based on data to scale successful initiatives.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketing Specialist, or similar role in a startup or scaling organization.

• Proficiency in growth tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer acquisition funnels.

• Hands-on experience in running experiments with a test-learn-scale approach.

• Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.

• Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
