Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
You will design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across major platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and others. Your role involves developing strategies for key e-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth. You will continuously refine the digital marketing mix, ensuring alignment between brand and performance goals.
Marketplace Advertising:
Your responsibility includes managing and optimizing paid marketing efforts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa. You will focus on increasing conversions, improving product visibility, and enhancing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across these platforms. Utilize each platform’s advertising tools—such as Amazon Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads, and Nykaa Ads—for campaign optimization, bid management, and budget efficiency.
ROAS Optimization:
Drive a continuous focus on optimizing ROAS for all paid media campaigns. You will reallocate budgets as needed to improve return on ad spend, using analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize profitability. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Daily Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
Oversee daily performance tracking and make real-time adjustments based on metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM. Provide detailed performance reports to leadership, delivering insights on campaign successes and areas for improvement.
Operational Efficiency & Tools:
Ensure smooth operations for campaign setup, creative management, and audience segmentation. Leverage automation tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations across multiple platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including creative, content, product, and marketplace managers to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate with marketplace managers on promotional campaigns to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience:
5-10 years of performance marketing experience with a strong focus on marketplace advertising, ROAS optimization, and multi-channel campaign management.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools. Strong experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads, and other online channel advertising tools is required. Expertise in e-commerce marketing and paid strategies on digital marketplaces is essential.
Analytical & Operational Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance. Ability to leverage automation tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed for sharing insights and results with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
A proven track record in driving growth for D2C brands on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa. Expertise in using marketplace ad platforms to optimize performance and drive ROAS. Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital and marketplace platforms.
