Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**: As a Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and contribute to our overall success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendar appointments and scheduling for team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project coordination and maintain project timelines.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is an asset.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
