**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Manage all prospect and pipeline data efficiently.
- Handle lead management from various sources such as LinkedIn, Podcasts, and Agencies.
- Track leads through different stages and devise engagement plans accordingly.
- Analyze the impact of marketing initiatives on customer acquisition and engagement.
- Capture data related to audience reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- **Client Database Management**:

- Maintain and update existing client database.
- Utilize CRM tools to extract and present data effectively.
- **Research and Collaboration**:

- Conduct research on different industries, events, and exhibitions.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and data proliferation.
- Coordinate globally for collaborations and partnerships.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage personal handles of partners and increase weekly outreach on social media platforms.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for the circulation of messages and promotional materials.
- Liaise with the Delivery team to secure locations for events.
- **Engagement Tracking**:

- Maintain data on engagement by Sales Key Contacts (SKC) with influencers and referral pipelines.
- **Speaking Engagements**:

- Explore speaking engagement opportunities and coordinate with the Sales Lead to organize speaking slots for SKC grads.
