We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a crucial role that will support the smooth functioning of our organization and contribute to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems efficiently.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help with travel arrangements and process expenses.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Handle routine issues and find solutions to administrative challenges.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processors and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in HR support or event planning is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
