Office Management:

- Organize and supervise all administrative activities to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary items are stocked and in working condition.
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with service providers.

Communication:

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or other staff members.
- Prepare agendas and make necessary arrangements for meetings.
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Ensure all documents and records are accurate and accessible.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to executives and other team members.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Problem Solving:

- Address administrative issues and queries from employees and external partners.
- Find efficient solutions to administrative challenges to enhance office productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
- Take care of drivers OT's, Attendance Vehicle Maintenance, Etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,086.00 - ₹30,383.85 per month
