Aga Khan Hostel Hyderabad requires one Residential Admin Assistant having a technical background (B. Tech/ ITI trained) to look after the day-to-day operational assignments in the hostel. The job description of the position will be as per following:
Position: Assistant Admin

Reporting to: Head Admin & Accounts

Accountable for: Administrative Staff at Aga Khan Hostel

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Assistant Administration is responsible for managing day to day administration function at the Hostel. The key responsibilities are:
**Administrative**:
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining facilities management system

Monitor housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of the hostel premises

Responsible to fill the daily admin check list of daily classroom, dorm cleaning check list.

Responsible for transport management including arrival & dispersal management.

Support staff deployment & utilization, monthly maintenance of sumps, overhead tanks as per schedule.

Supervise housekeeping and assist with catering supervision at the time of cooking food, maintenance of kitchen ensuring high standards for each.

Supervise the Linen Room, laundry, cleaning, maintenance and all other related hostel services.

Be present at meals; supervise children’s eating habits and dietary intake and work to inculcate good table manners with the support of dorm parents.

Co-ordinate with parents while student’s arrival and departure to hostel.

In house daily Housekeeping material movement report maintenance.

To get the maintenance of repairs and services as per previous day check list.

Coordinate with Head Administration & Accounts in all curricular activities and occasions conducting in Hostel.

Perform other related duties as required.

Any other related work assigned by the Head of Hostel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
