About the Role:
As a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for 5 Star hotel & Spa by attracting and managing MICE business. Your focus will be on building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and organizers to ensure our hotel is the preferred choice for business events.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new MICE business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's MICE services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and events.
Knowledge of event planning and hotel operations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
