**Position**:Customer Retention Executive (Fresher)

**Experience**: 0-1 Year

**Education**: Graduate

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to users to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with users.
- Collect feedback from users and provide insights to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve retention targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Bengali or any other language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle customer interactions over the phone effectively.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
