**DESIGNATION: Sales Executive**

**Brand: Pepplus+ India**

**Reporting Location: - Parel**

**Experience: 1-2 years experience preferably from skin care or beauty background**

**Type of Job: Full Time (Monday to Saturday)**

**Timing: 11 am to 8 pm**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Market Penetration**: Conduct daily visits to premium salons and spas to introduce Pepplus+ products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with salon and spa owners, managers, and beauty professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present Pepplus+ products to potential clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure paid product demonstration opportunities.
- **Customer Education**: Educate salon staff about the benefits and proper usage of Pepplus+ products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and skincare technologies to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- 1-2 years experience in Sales for beauty or skin care products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and has a presentable personality.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:
