Non-IT Recruiter (**India's No.1 Aviation Institute)**
**Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Resume Sourcing**: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent suitable for the aviation industry.
- **BPO Hiring**: Lead the recruitment process for positions in the Business Process Outsourcing sector, ensuring the selection of qualified professionals.
- **Sales Hiring**: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for sales positions, focusing on acquiring individuals with a proven track record in sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the aviation or related industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and manage recruitment timelines efficiently.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling recruitment processes.
**Salary package: Up to 4 LPA**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
