This opportunity will be based out in our corporate office in Gurgaon. This will be an off role position.

o Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings in Sales, Marketing, Finance & HR function.

o Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

o Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews for all the business roles.

o Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

o Source potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn & career page

o Partner with the research teams, interacts with business stakeholders/hiring managers, analyze historical trends and MIS data to identify the recruitment trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability,

o Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates)

o Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

o Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Who are we looking for?

· At least 2-5 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Non - Tech hiring).

· Ability to execute recruitment strategy Keeping a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.

· Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.

· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
