**Job Description: Office Administrator**

**Location: Bandra**

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure organizational effectiveness, and maintain a productive office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records, including employee files, financial data, and office documents.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor relations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
