Job/Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant to the Founders/Directors at Raintree Family Office you have to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to manage confidential information, coordinate executive communications, and facilitate efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:

- Manage the Directors’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, bookings and travel arrangements.

Office Management:

- Maintain the Directors’ office in an organized and efficient manner, including managing filing systems, office supplies, and equipment.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Directors as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking to connect with the Directors.
- Coordinate with other members of the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Petty cash management.
- Regular coordination with the Finance and Accounts team for signatures, approvals etc.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director’s personal and professional affairs, as well as sensitive company matters.
- Assist the Directors with any additional duties as assigned.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- relevant: 6 years (preferred)
