Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to create, edit, and format documents and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in Routine work.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- UG or Diploma.
- Experience in office Administration or related field desirable.
- Use of internet and Printing, scanning systems.
**Some conditions**:
- Staying between Borivali & Dadar
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
