**Job Description**:
This position will be responsible for performing all the secretarial & administrative duties.
What you’ll do:
- Document/ Courier Management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Calendar Management.
- Receive, Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Travel Desk Arrangement and local vehicle arrangements.
- Hotel Bookings.
- Maintain office supplies & inventory. Upkeep the office premises.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree/ relevant qualification in Office Administration / Secretarial / Office Management/ Administration (MBA, Diploma in Office Administration)
- 5+ Years of Experience.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office & Oracle
- Sound in computer skills/ proficiency.
- Time-management skills.
- Strong in Communication (English) verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented.
