**Job Description: Office Administrator**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory; coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance; liaise with housekeeping and facility teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Support Functions**:
- Assist HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support for onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with office management software or tools.
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time position, based in Fort - Mumbai
- Office hours: 9:30 - 6:30 - Monday to Saturday
