*Job Responsibilities*:
- Invoice Management:
- Prepare and manage invoices for customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and coordinate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Order Clearance:
- Process and clear customer orders, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
- Update and maintain order records to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- International Communication:
- Handle incoming international calls from leads and clients.
- Provide professional and effective customer service and support during calls.
- Manage follow-up communications and assist with lead management.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Support various departments with administrative needs as required.
- Office Coordination:
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
*Requirements*:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle international calls and interact with clients professionally.
- *Experience*:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous internships or relevant project experience is a plus.
