Executive Assistant to Md

**Responsibilities**
- Managing Director’s calendar which includes daily updating, monitoring & tracking appointments.
- Travel management - Ensuring travel bookings like air tickets, car pick up, hotel arrangements and Forex (for overseas traveling). Complete all passport and visa formalities.
- Optimal use of outlook calendar, for scheduling, follow up and pending tasks. Updating address book. Managing subscriptions.
- Keep contact list updated in the system; ensure all records are properly filed in soft and hard
format and renew requisite memberships on time. Attending business calls & prioritizing
the same, attending the visitors.
- Preparing Minutes of Team meetings
- Assisting all clients / visitors - manage their visit to our office. Arrange for their food,
accommodation and travel, if required.
**Necessary Qualification & Skills set**
1. Postgraduate / Graduate
2. MS office knowledge is a must. Should be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must be good at Time management, fluent in communication, interpersonal & administrative skills.
**Work Experience**
5+ years of experience
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
