Executive Assistant to Md

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
- Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled efficiently.
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
**Follow-ups**:
- Proactively track and follow up on all tasks and projects assigned by the MD.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular updates on progress.
**Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
**Travel Arrangements**:
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle any travel-related issues that may arise.
**Document Management**:
- Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations for the MD.
- Ensure all documents are filed and maintained systematically.
**Project Management**:
- Assist in managing various projects and initiatives led by the MD.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including expense reports, office supplies management, and maintaining records.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed.
**Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments within the organization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
