Executive Assistant to Md

**POSITION - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
4. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
5. Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for the MD, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
6. Assist in preparing materials and agendas for meetings, conferences, and events attended by the MD.
7. Take minutes during meetings, distribute notes, and follow up on action items as directed by the MD.
8. Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
10. Provide general administrative support to the executive office, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies.
11. Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
12. Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the MD and executive team.
13. Requirements:
14. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
15. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
16. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
17. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
19. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
20. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
21. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
22. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
23. Professional demeanor and appearance.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience supporting executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics for events.
- Certification in executive assistance or administrative management a plus.
