**Job description**:What you’ll do

**Role & responsibilities**

Responsibilities include:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for ECO surveys, assessments, and installations, managing multiple calendars and availability.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, confirming appointments, providing reminders, and addressing scheduling inquiries.
- **Database Management**: Accurately enter and maintain client and appointment information in CRM systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Coordination with Field Teams**: Communicate appointment details to field technicians, surveyors, and installers, ensuring they are prepared with accurate information and equipment.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling needs in a timely manner, finding alternative solutions to minimize disruptions.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present regular reports on appointment statuses, cancellations, and scheduling efficiency to help improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
