Location: Ahmedabad-Gujarat

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Ensure optimal use of healthcare provider schedules.

Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.

Insurance and Billing: Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Provide information on payment options and financial assistance as needed.

Coordination of Care: Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of care. Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as required.

Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Experience: Freshers as well as Previous experience in a healthcare setting or patient coordination role preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good communication skills in English.

Training : Training will be provided by the organization.

Working Hours:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30PM to 2:30AM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
