Sales Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in achieving their goals by efficiently managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external clients. You will play a crucial role in coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, and facilitating the overall sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Communication and Coordination**:Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of information within the sales team.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, both internally and externally, ensuring all logistics are well-managed.
**Order Processing**:Facilitate the order processing cycle by verifying order accuracy, monitoring order status, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with order-related issues.
**Data Management**:Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant information.
Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights for the sales team and management.
**Customer Service**:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address post-sales inquiries and concerns.
**Sales Team Support**:Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, materials, and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
