Job Description**:Sales Coordinator** (Zone wise - Office Work)
**Position Overview**: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, enhancing customer relations, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. This role is crucial for driving sales performance and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Southern territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing documentation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary contact for clients in the South region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Order Management**:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders as necessary.
- **Data Analysis**:
- Collect and analyze sales data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
- **Market Insights**:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Southern region to inform sales strategies.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events within the region.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
