WARDEN is a fast-growing startup that offers a SaaS platform for automating property management operations. We are looking for our first Sales Representative to help drive our growth. If you have a passion for B2B sales and want to be part of something big, join us

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demos remotely and in person.
- Handling inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities
- Build relationships with property operators in the shared living space.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Ability to work in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats.
- Comfortable with both inside and outside sales.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum + performance incentives.
- ESOPs available after a 3-month probation period.
- Hybrid work environment with (5-day work week).

Location: Bengaluru (Flexibility for Field Work and Client Meetings)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
