I'm one of the co-founders of WARDEN, and we're on the hunt for our very first Sales Representative to join our lean, mean team of four here in the heart of Bengaluru. This isn't just any job - it's a chance to be part of something big from the ground up.

**Who We Are**

WARDEN is a startup that's shaking up the shared living space. We've built a kickass SaaS platform that's helping property operators automate their business operations - think rental collections, request tracking, and all that good stuff. We're small now, but we've got big dreams and even bigger potential.

**What We Need**

We're looking for a Sales Rep who's got the chops to help us grow. Here's what we're after:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year in B2B sales. You should know your way around a sales pipeline and be comfortable with the hustle.
- **Startup Mindset**: We're not a corporate machine. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, move fast, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
- **Doer Attitude**: Talk is cheap. We want someone who makes things happen. If you're the type who sees a problem and fixes it before anyone asks, you'll fit right in.
- **B2B SaaS Savvy**: You should understand the SaaS landscape and be able to speak the language of our clients.
- **Versatility**: You'll be doing both inside and outside sales, We need someone who can switch gears seamlessly.

**What You'll Do**
- Hunt for leads like your life depends on it (because our startup's life kind of does)
- Demo our product like a boss, showing clients how WARDEN can change their game, both remotely and in person
- Build relationships that last longer than most Netflix binges
- Hit and exceed targets because that's just how you roll
- Handle inbound leads with finesse and generate outbound opportunities with hustle
- Get out there and meet potential clients face-to-face when needed (Bengaluru traffic be damned)
