**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects, events, and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather data to support the executive in decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization.
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and other financial documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
