As an Executive Assistant, you will be a pivotal member of the team, ensuring that the executive's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, allowing the executive to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. Your expertise in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling communications will be essential to fostering a productive work environment. With your exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, you will help streamline operations and improve overall efficiency within the organization. The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in not only supporting the executive directly but also acting as an ambassador for them across the organization. By maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, you will build trusting relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, providing accurate documentation of discussions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and briefings.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Manage expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and external partners.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology (e.g., printers, phones).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
