**1. Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities.

**2. Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the school management and staff.
- Manage and maintain student and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Procure and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

**3. Other Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the school management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
