**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the corporate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively presenting and selling our recruitment and accounting services to clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize business growth and profitability
- Understand clients’ recruitment and accounting needs and offer customized solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the recruitment or accounting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
