Key Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: 1. Key Account Management: - Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and providing product information. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell flooring products. 2. Sales: - Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales techniques. 3. Payment Collection: - Monitor and manage accounts receivable for key clients. - Implement effective payment collection strategies and ensure timely receipt of payments. - Address and resolve any payment-related issues in collaboration with the finance department. 4. Site Installation Coordination: - Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and coordinate site installations. - Ensure that installation processes align with client expectations and quality standards. - Address any installation challenges promptly and effectively. 5. Product Delivery Management: - Coordinate the delivery of flooring products to client sites in a timely and efficient manner. - Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and routes. - Resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure a smooth product handover.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRMENT
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional) 2. Strong understanding of flooring products and installation processes. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. Performance incentive extra Bike is a Must
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
