Job Overview :

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring effective execution of campaigns, and providing regular reports to clients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage detailed reporting, and presenting to customers regularly. The ideal candidate will be passionate about branding, communication, and will work closely with creative teams, including designers, editors, and content writers, to bring the client’s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 360-Degree Account Leadership : Own the end-to-end management of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related needs. Ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Branding and Communication : Collaborate with clients to develop branding strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging content.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including paid media, organic content, and social media campaigns, working closely with creative and media teams to deliver high-impact results.
  • Reporting & Performance Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign performance across multiple channels (PPC, social, display, etc.), preparing detailed performance reports. Provide data-driven insights and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Client Presentations & Communication : Regularly present campaign results, analytics, and strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and developers to produce on-brand assets, ensuring creative alignment and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Ad Shoot Planning & Social Media Execution : Oversee and coordinate ad shoots with the creative team, and manage the execution of social media content plans to ensure high engagement and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Attention to Detail : Maintain a keen eye for detail in campaign execution, from creative reviews to final reports, ensuring high standards and accuracy in all deliverables.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree from a B-school or premier Visual Communication institution.
  • Experience : 3-5 years in account management, with a strong focus on branding, client communication, and campaign execution.
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in reports and presentations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, editors, content writers).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to prepare and manage detailed campaign reports.
  • Skilled in client presentations and effectively communicating campaign progress and results.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
