Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management:

oServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.

oUnderstand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

2.Policy Administration:

oAssist clients with the onboarding and renewal process for group insurance policies.

oHandle policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations through the respective departments.

oProvide detailed explanations of terms, coverage, and exclusions.

3.Claims Assistance:

oSupport clients and their employees with claims processing and resolution.

oCoordinate with the internal teams to ensure quick and accurate claim settlements.

4.Employee Engagement:

oConduct workshops or webinars to educate employees on their insurance benefits & wellness benefits.

oAddress queries from employees regarding their group insurance policies.

5.Compliance and Documentation:

oEnsure all transactions and interactions comply with regulatory standards.

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of policies, claims, and correspondence.

6.Upselling and Cross-Selling:

oIdentify opportunities to expand insurance coverage or offer additional products to clients.

oCollaborate with sales and product teams for customized solutions.

7.Feedback and Reporting:

oGather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.

oPrepare reports and presentations on policy performance and service metrics.


Key Skills:

•Strong understanding of insurance products (e.g., health, life, disability).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Analytical abilities to interpret policy details and claims data.

•Problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.

•Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.

•Proficiency in CRM tools and insurance management systems.

•Multilingual proficiency to engage with diverse client bases is a significant advantage.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (mandatory).

•MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong advantage.

•Prior experience in insurance (mandatory).
