**Job Description: Key Accounts Executive (Sales) - HORECA/Institution/Catering Services**

**Position Overview**:
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting sales efforts, maintaining relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), institutional, and catering service clients, and assisting in achieving revenue targets through proactive account management and execution of strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Account Management**
- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients in the HORECA and institutional segments.
- Provide regular updates and maintain communication with clients about schemes, offers, and services.

**1. Sales Support**
- Support the Manager in planning and executing sales activities to drive revenue.
- Ensure all documentation, agreements, and contracts with clients are in order.
- Marketing Execution
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional schemes as per the allocated budget.
- Track the effectiveness of promotions and report insights.

**2. ** **Geographical Knowledge**
- Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned territory and its market trends.
- Identify potential business opportunities within the territory.

**1. Payment Follow-ups**
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding dues from clients.
- Work closely with the finance team to address payment issues.

**2. Market Research**
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.
- Provide actionable insights to the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in sales or key account management.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

5. Ability to travel within the territory as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
