Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Content and Report Writing:

- Create and compile reports on the foundation's activities, projects, and achievements.
- Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, websites, and social media.

2. Communications:

- Effectively communicate with team members, beneficiaries, donors, and collaborating organizations.

3. Project Administration:

- Commute within Mumbai and nearby locations for project-related activities.
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

4. Collaborations and Networking:

- Represent the foundation in collaborative meetings with partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Network at events, fostering connections with partnering organizations, beneficiaries, and well-wishers.

5. Vendor Management and Sales Support:

- Interact with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services or products.
- Provide support for sales-related activities and fundraising initiatives.

6. Office Administration:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow and information sharing.

7. Events and Exhibitions:

- Arrange and coordinate events and exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Interact with vendors and manage documentation related to events.

8. Data Management:

- Maintain organized records and reports of foundation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.

9. Effective Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ensure clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Skill Set:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
- Excellent typing speed for efficient document creation.
- Dynamic and presentable for collaborative meetings and public representation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in office administration and project management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration and project coordination.
- Familiarity with the non-profit sector is an advantage.
