**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and market segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential business opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase company offerings and value propositions.
- Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, terms, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client requirements.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics and market feedback.
- **Partnerships & Networking**:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and maintain a network of business contacts.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to enhance business growth.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and business development activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within [industry].
