**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential healthcare merchants to partner with and develop strategies to

engage them in partnerships with our organization
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare merchants, including negotiating

contracts and managing ongoing partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and

promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue for healthcare merchants.
- Analyze data and metrics related to healthcare merchant partnerships to identify

trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work with healthcare merchants to develop and implement joint programs and

initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare

merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
- Manage budgets and financial performance related to healthcare merchant

partnerships, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and developing action plans to

achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare

merchant partnerships, including data privacy and regulatory compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in partnership development OR business development, in

the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data set

related to partnership development and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

with healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships with

healthcare merchants
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment
- Experience with healthcare technology and software platforms is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
