As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in promoting our services to potential customers, both internationally and domestically. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, answer incoming inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. **Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, both international and domestic, to introduce Allure Medspa's services and treatments.

Respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, procedures, and promotions.

Identify and understand customer needs, and recommend suitable treatments or services based on their requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing their queries or concerns effectively.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates.

Maintain a detailed database of all interactions, including call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Stay updated with the latest trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and generate leads from various sources.

Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and optimize sales performance.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry, is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly phone manner.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage, especially for international telecalling positions.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.

Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and conversion rates.

Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for call logging and lead management.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per business requirements.

Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections or rejections professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
