Pre Sales Executive/Tele Sales Representative - Real Estate

We are a dynamic company specializing in the sale of land, including NA Plots and Farm Land. Our primary customers are individuals looking for land for personal use or investment purposes. We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Conversion:

- ⁠ ⁠Achieve or exceed sales targets by converting leads into site visit meetings and successful sales
- ⁠ ⁠Client Profiling
- ⁠ ⁠Push site visits
- ⁠ ⁠Schedule for meeting
- ⁠ ⁠Target to be achieved for site visit for a particular project
- ⁠ ⁠Team Player to manage site visits and converting deals
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain a comprehensive lead/client list on CRM
- ⁠ ⁠Regular follow-ups and updates on their status, including visits, buying, and payment.

Client Relations & Negotiation:

- Address client queries related to credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Obtain a booking cheque and ensure the balance of payments from clients.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports. (with CRM)
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing programs to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to understand and promote company programs and initiatives.

Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

- ⁠ ⁠Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Graduate preferred. (**Ideal for individuals not currently pursuing studies**.)
- ⁠ ⁠Experience: 6 months or more in Real Estate Sales is preferred; _motivated freshers with a strong commitment and eagerness to learn are also welcome to apply._

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi and English. Other regional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Additional Requirements:

- ⁠ ⁠Mobile: Android mobile phone with dual SIM card.
- ⁠ ⁠Adapt to work on CRM (training will be provided)

Work Schedule:

- ⁠ ⁠Monday to Sunday **10:30 am to 6:30 pm**
- ⁠ ⁠**Weekly holiday on Wednesday.**
- ⁠ ⁠As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, our team members are required to work on public holidays, and during festive periods.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
