**Job Description**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate projects
- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements
- Provide information about our projects and answer queries
- Meet sales targets and convert leads into sales

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass or graduate with minimum 5 months of experience in real estate or telecalling
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

**Salary**:

- 20k to 24k per month depending on experience and language proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
