**Position Overview**:
As a Presales Executive at you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the unique value propositions of our projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' preferences, requirements, and financial capabilities.
- **Project Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company's current and upcoming projects, including features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Effectively communicate project details and unique selling points to potential clients.
- **Presentation and Demonstration**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's projects, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Organize site visits and walkthroughs for clients to provide an immersive experience of our offerings.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- **Proposal and Negotiation**:
- Prepare and submit detailed project proposals to clients, outlining pricing, payment plans, and other relevant terms.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
