**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Mail) - MBA Opportunity**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling customer interactions and maintaining confidentiality.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer service quality, efficiency, and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

**Salary**: 1.9 to 2.20 LPA
