Customer Support Executive

**Job responsibilities**
- Communicating with customers (mainly retailers & Distributors), making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Maintaining a database in our sales software of current and potential retailers.
- Closing sales and help sales staff to achieve their sales targets.
- Help Onboard new distributor partner. Planning and Handling Marketing activities with distributors and sales staff.
- Coordinate with sales manager, sales staff and distributors on various sales and Marketing related issues over the call.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum education required Under Graduation, BBA/MBA with focus on
- sales & Marketing Preferred.
- High level of attention to details, Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer skills and experience in working on MS Office (MS
- PowerPoint & MS Word mainly)
- Team player with good organizational skills, strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in a similar Inside sales or call centre
- executive experience required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
