Customer Support Executive

**Customer Support Executive will be responsible for**:
- Handling inquiries.
- Sale and filling Form for admission.
- Resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to students, parents, and educators.
- They will act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure a smooth experience by addressing their concerns related to admissions, course content, technical issues, and other educational services
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in education, communication, or business.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support, ideally within the education
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both Understand and verbal skills [Specially ENGLISH], to effectively interact with students, parents, and faculty.
- **Problem-solving Abilities**: To quickly and efficiently resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Understanding the challenges students and parents face, especially in high-stress situations.
- **Multitasking**: Managing multiple queries or concerns at once, often under tight deadlines.
- In the education sector, a Customer Support Executive acts as the face of the institution, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed, supported, and satisfied with their experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
