You'll work directly with the founder and leadership in a high-impact environment.The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be the hunter who builds our pipeline and drives new business across multiple geographies. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing deals independently.Key Responsibilities1. Pipeline Generation & ProspectingBuild ICP lists across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and AsiaResearch and identify ideal prospects (founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads)Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and emailQualify leads based on budget, need, and timelineMaintain pipeline of 40-60 active prospects at all times2. Discovery & Sales ConversationsConduct discovery calls to understand client needsPosition 86 Agency's services (custom development, dedicated teams, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML)Identify pain points and map to solutionsRun consultative selling conversations (value-first)3. Deal Structuring & ClosingPrepare proposals and present solutions to prospectsNegotiate terms, pricing, and scopeClose deals and get signaturesManage deal velocity and ensure timely closesUpdate CRM religiously with all interactions and next steps4. Target AchievementHit monthly revenue targets ($100K/month building to higher targets)Achieve quarterly and annual quotasProvide accurate sales forecastingRequired Experience & SkillsMust-Have Experience:4+ years selling IT services (custom development, software solutions, digital transformation)OR digital marketing/agency salesOR software development/SaaS salesProven track record closing deals $20K-150K+Experience doing cold calling and outbound prospecting (not just inbound)Service-based background (understand delivery timelines, team scaling, project complexity)Must-Have Skills:Excellent communication – Can pitch, negotiate, and close over calls and emailsResearch capability – Can do your own research on prospects, industries, and pain pointsCold calling mastery – Comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, and converting calls to meetingsStrategic thinking – Can identify opportunities and position solutions (not just order-taking)Ownership mindset – High accountability, doesn't blame external factors, owns outcomesNice-to-Have:Experience selling to US/UK/EU/Asia marketsExperience with custom Software Development, DevOps, cloud, or dedicated team offeringsFamiliarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or logistics sectorsWho This Role Is For✅ Hunters who thrive on building their own pipeline✅ Self-starters who don't need hand-holding or daily check-insRevenue-focused professionals who want to earn based on performance✅ People who love cold calling and see rejection as data, not failure✅ Service-minded individuals who understand the nuances of project-based selling✅ Global thinkers comfortable reaching out to prospects across multiple time zonesHow to ApplySend CV + track record (biggest 3 closed deals) to:
