Business Development Manager– Global IT Services Company: 86 Agency Gurugram, India (Onsite, Monday-Friday) Experience Required: 4+ years in IT services / software development / digital marketing sales 86 Agency is a global IT consulting and development firm scaling aggressively across the USA, Canada, Europe, GCC, Australia, and Asia. We deliver full-stack digital solutions—Web Development, Mobile App Development, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX, AI, QA Automation, Marketing, and Dedicated Development Teams. We've also launched Logy Xpress, a next-generation logistics and fulfillment platform (think Shiprocket for enterprise). We're building lean, focused teams that move fast. As Business Development Manager, you will be the hunter who builds our pipeline and drives new business across multiple geographies. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing deals independently. Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email Discovery & Sales Conversations Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs Position 86 Agency's services (custom development, dedicated teams, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML) Update CRM religiously with all interactions and next steps Hit monthly revenue targets ($100K/month building to higher targets) Provide accurate sales forecasting Required Experience & Skills Must-Have Experience: ~4+ years selling IT services (custom development, software solutions, digital transformation) OR digital marketing/agency sales OR software development/SaaS sales Experience doing cold calling and outbound prospecting (not just inbound) Service-based background (understand delivery timelines, team scaling, project complexity) Excellent communication – Can pitch, negotiate, and close over calls and emails Cold calling mastery – Comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, and converting calls to meetings Experience selling to US/UK/EU/Asia markets Experience with custom Software Development, DevOps, cloud, or dedicated team offerings Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or logistics sectors Hunters who thrive on building their own pipeline ✅ Revenue-focused professionals who want to earn based on performance ✅ People who love cold calling and see rejection as data, not failure ✅ Service-minded individuals who understand the nuances of project-based selling ✅
