Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic
Business Development Manager (B2B)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
lead generation, outbound calling, client engagement, and managing relationships with founders and CXO-level executives
. Experience in
cloud or IT services sales
is a strong plus.

You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth — from prospecting and presales discussions to deal closure and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery and qualification calls with decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Tech Leaders).
  • Present Infra360's solutions effectively and tailor proposals based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams during presales and post-sales stages.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales progress regularly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and cloud market developments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (IT/Cloud/Tech services preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in
    cloud sales
    ,
    DevOps
    , or
    infrastructure solutions
    is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude.
  • Available for immediate or early joining.
