Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver on collection analytics as a practice and capability – Work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust collection analytics framework across products and collection life cycle, from current bucket to write-off stage.
- Develop well-defined strategies for collections of delinquent loans, including segmentation, prioritization, effective channel strategy, forecasting, simulations, and building strategies to improve business performance.
- Analyze historical data and provide a suitable framework to guide the collection team.
- Analyze data to identify emerging customer trends and strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to leverage capabilities.
- Identify areas of weaknesses, recommend solutions, and support the collection team to achieve targets.
- Scan the environment and stay updated on emerging trends globally in collection analytics and build relevant use cases.
- Analyze current environment and collection trends to provide improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with the collection team to understand requirements and develop solutions to address those needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including teams, business partners, IT partners, and senior management.
- Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to achieve operational goals for the function and the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience- EducationMBA in Finance or graduates in Statistics.
