Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role located in Lucknow. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and training sales teams. The manager will also monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities to maximize sales potential.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
